Abstract

Ä¡¾Æ Å»±¸½Ã ÀÀ±Þ »óȲ¿¡¼­ ½±°Ô ±¸ÇÒ¼ö ÀÖ´Â º¸°ü¿ë¾×ÀÇ Á¾·ù¿Í ¿Âµµ¿¡ µû¸¥ MC3T3-E1 cellÀÇ »ýÁ¸·ÂÀ» ºñ±³ ÇÏ°íÀÚ º» ½ÇÇèÀ» ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿´´Ù. MC3T3-E1 cell¸¦ 4¡É¿Í 25¡ÉÀÇ ¥á-MEM°ú HBSS, ¿ìÀ¯, ³ìÂ÷, °¨ÀÙÂ÷, »ý¼ö¿¡ 30ºÐ, 60ºÐ, 90ºÐ, 120ºÐ, 180ºÐ¿¡ º¸°üÇÑ ÈÄ, MTT assay¸¦ ½ÃÇàÇÏ¿© ¼¼Æ÷ÀÇ »ýÁ¸·ÂÀ» ºñ±³ÇÏ¿´´Ù.

This study was to compare the viability of MC3T3-E1 cells in different storage solutions for tooth avulsion.MC3T3-E1 cells were cultured in 4¡É or 25¡É in ¥á-MEM, HBSS, milk, green tea, persimmon leaf tea and mineral water for 30, 60, 90, 120 and 180 minutes. This study was to compare the viability of cells, by MTT assay. Each storage media's osmolality and pH were measured. The results are as follows. The viability of osteoblasts in 4¡É ¥á-MEM was higher. (¥á-MEM > HBSS ¡Ö milk > persimmon leaf tea > green tea > mineral water) The viability of osteoblasts in 25¡É ¥á-MEM was higher.(¥á-MEM > HBSS ¡Ö milk > persimmon leaf tea > green tea > mineral water). The viability of osteoblasts in all storage media were higher at 4¡É than at 25¡É as time goes by. ¥á-MEM was the most effective storage media for conserving MC3T3-E1 cells. Since milk is easily obtained at emergency situation, 4¡É milk would be recommended as the medium for storing osteoblasts.
